Set-Up and Breakdown at Venues: We’ll handle items like your guest book and welcome sign.

Supervise set-up and decoration of ceremony and reception site.

Supervision of all vendor delivery and set up on the day of the wedding at the ceremony and reception site.

Assist the bride and wedding party in the dressing room prior to the ceremony.

Organization and distribution of all personal wedding flowers.

Coordination of the processional lineup.

Coordination of entertainment and all announcements of events (first dance, dances with family,
champagne toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.). -
Distribution of gratuities to the necessary vendors and passing out favor to guests.
