Day of Wedding Coordination- We come to you!

This is perfect for couples who have planned everything on their own but need support managing their final wedding details and having a team on hand to manage their wedding day.
 

 

Day-of services include 

  • Initial free consultation.

  • Outreach to vendors week-of.

  • Full-day coordination.

  • 1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal Management: Ensuring everything flows perfectly.

  • Providing a detailed wedding day schedule and timeline for bridal party, wedding vendors, venue, and banquet staff. 

  • Set-Up and Breakdown at Venues: We’ll handle items like your guest book and welcome sign.

  • Supervise set-up and decoration of ceremony and reception site.

  • Supervision of all vendor delivery and set up on the day of the wedding at the ceremony and reception site.

  • Assist the bride and wedding party in the dressing room prior to the ceremony.

  • Organization and distribution of all personal wedding flowers.

  • Coordination of the processional lineup. 

  • Coordination of entertainment and all announcements of events (first dance, dances with family,
    champagne toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.).

  • Distribution of gratuities to the necessary vendors and passing out favor to guests.

  • Organization of to-go packet for the bride and groom’s exit car (reception food, cake, and champagne).

  • Supervision of bride and groom exit.

Our coordination packages begin at $850 and include professional management of your wedding day, vendor communication, timeline execution, ceremony coordination, and behind-the-scenes support from start to finish.

We understand that every couple has a unique budget. If you're working within financial constraints, please don't hesitate to reach out—we've been there, and we're happy to discuss options to create a package that works for you.

Please Note: Weddings with more than 50 guests require an additional wedding coordination assistant to ensure the highest level of service. An assistant is available for an additional $395.
