1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal Management: Ensuring everything flows perfectly.

Providing a detailed wedding day schedule and timeline for bridal party, wedding vendors, venue, and banquet staff.

Set-Up and Breakdown at Venues: We’ll handle items like your guest book and welcome sign.

Supervise set-up and decoration of ceremony and reception site.

Supervision of all vendor delivery and set up on the day of the wedding at the ceremony and reception site.

Assist the bride and wedding party in the dressing room prior to the ceremony.

Organization and distribution of all personal wedding flowers.

Coordination of the processional lineup.

Coordination of entertainment and all announcements of events (first dance, dances with family,
champagne toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.). -
Distribution of gratuities to the necessary vendors and passing out favor to guests.

Organization of to-go packet for the bride and groom’s exit car (reception food, cake, and champagne).

Our coordination packages begin at $850 and include professional management of your wedding day, vendor communication, timeline execution, ceremony coordination, and behind-the-scenes support from start to finish.

Please Note: Weddings with more than 50 guests require an additional wedding coordination assistant to ensure the highest level of service. An assistant is available for an additional $395.
